David Lee Cook, 88, passed away on November 25, 2024, in Wheeling. David was born in Moundsville on June 12, 1936, the son of the late David Doyle Cook and Ethel (Riggs) Cook.
David worked as a carpenter and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
