The Ohio Valley is a hub of activity this weekend, as fairs and festivals were packed all over. The Upper Ohio Valley Italian Festival kicked off its weekend of fun Friday at Wheeling’s Heritage Port. Meanwhile, in Center Wheeling at St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church, the annual Grecian Festival will wrap up its run this evening.
