BARNESVILLE — The second annual Copper Cup Chili Cook Off benefitting the Barnesville State Theatre will take place from noon to 3p.m. On Saturday, Oct. 19, in the West Main Street parking lot next to the Blue Moon Tavern.

Participating chili chefs will set up and cook their chili on site from 8-11:30 a.m. Judges and VIP tasting begins at 11:30 a.m., and attendees can taste and just for the Peoples’ Choice Award from noon to 3 p.m.

Awards will be presented at 3:15 p.m. in the categories of Best Chili (first, second and third place with cash prizes), Best Presentation and Peoples’ Choice.

Admission is $10 per person, and children under age 10 are admitted for free.
